Counselor Fran Folsom

Frances Folsom, MAPC, is a Pastoral Counselor from Moravian Theological Seminary, with a heart for God and people. Ms. Folsom has many years experience working with at-risk youth, in several different settings including schools, community centers, and social agencies. Ms. Folsom also works with families in the community setting. She believes that every person is created on purpose by God, for a purpose of God, and she delights in helping people recognize that worth and purpose. Ms. Folsom is the parent of two grown children Grant and Jacqueline, and is a brand new grandmother to baby Daniel. When not working with clients, she enjoys taking walks and playing board games with friends and family, and is involved in several local churches. Presiding Pastoral Counselor

Andrew Reitenauer, MA, MATS, BCPC, BCCC

Pastor Andy completed his graduate certification in Pastoral Counseling from Liberty University! He is an approved Board Certified Christian Counselor, and Board Certified Pastoral Counselor through the International Board of Christian Care. He is a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors. He is also a  practicing counselor who is a member of the Association of Clinicial Pastoral Education, Inc. He is trained in Trauma Art Narrative Therapy, and the Family Group Decision Making Process for family preservation, and reunification. Specialized training as a Parenting Specialist. He is also trained in ABA therapy for Austism Spectrum disorders.  He is also commissioned by the Wesleyan Church as a Pastoral Counselor for the Northeast District.

Pastor Andy, also has been married 10 years to his beautiful wife, and they have 1 adoptive son who is 19 years old, 1 biological daughter who is 7 years old, and 1 biological son who is expected to arrive in Sept. 2019. He also will be homeschooling his children, and works nights and weekends in the ministry and counseling families in our community.  He is active in his home congregation of Crosspoint Wesleyan Church.


Ms. Nikida Allen, MSW LSW

Nikida is available to provide court order visitations with families. She is an experienced PA Social Worker with over 10 years of demonstrated history of working in the child welfare and mental health industry. She also has advanced training in Attachment Based Family Therapy for children/adolescents. Availability is limited. Side note: Nikida is currently under clinical supervision with a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for LCSW examination requirements which is an advanced clinical licensure.
